No worries! As much as we want you to attend all of your classes, we understand life happens. Although we cannot offer a refund for a missed class, we may be able to give you a credit for another class in the future by contacting us and requesting it .
All memberships are protected by a 100% moneyback guarantee if member does not get 12 Spin classes +/- 1 per month as advertised. Depending on month there may be 11 or 13 in that month. A make-up class can also be arranged.

There are 2 Membership plans. One plan is for 12 classes and the other Membership plan is a subscription plan. The difference between the 2 plans is that in the first plan the Membership automatically ends after your 12 scheduled classes have passed. If you want to participate in more classes, you'll need to simply refill your membership by clicking on the membership link in your account or by clicking "memberships" at the top of the www.spinclassusa.com website. In the second plan, classes never expire until a request by you to cancel is received.
Simply click sign-in at the top of the www.spinclassusa.com website then click on "forgot password?" and enter your email in the box and click submit. Then check your email for a link to reset your password.
Yes all Members have access to past classes
NOTE: Email verification is not necessary when registering. However, newsletters are ONLY sent to verified users. Also verification allows for more access to controls in the membership account.
